Hotline, Chat, and Crisis Lines for Students

The resources below provide confidential support via texts, chats, emails, and hotlines. We hope that you find the resources helpful.  

To receive assistance from a counselor at Challenger, the Counselor Assistance Request form or contact your counselor directly.  These emails and forms are not monitored 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  They are only checked during school business hours.

If you have an emergency, please call 911 or 988 for the Suicide Prevention Hotline.
